Anita Adefuye
CEO & FOUNDER, Trainer, Coach, Author, Speaker
Anita Adefuye is a certified Relational Skills for Success and Skills for Success trainer, speaker, and coach who helps organizations and individuals unlock potential and thrive. She is a sought-after facilitator, delivering corporate training, workshops, group coaching, and train-the-trainer programs that build inclusive, future-ready teams aligned with Canada’s Skills for Success framework.
With over a decade of cross-sector leadership experience, Anita has held progressive roles across provincial and federal governments, including Senior Policy Consultant, Intergovernmental Affairs Consultant, Strategic Planning Consultant, and Strategy Portfolio Manager. She also served as a Foreign Service Officer (Diplomat) for Nigeria, her country of birth. Her expertise spans government, policy, and workforce development—blending strategic insight with practical tools that create impact.
As the Founder of Advanced and Fulfilled Coaching Company, Anita leads a firm dedicated to supporting internationally trained professionals, newcomers, and students in Canada. Through career coaching, resume development, interview preparation, academic advising, and financial empowerment services, she and her team help clients bridge the gap between where they are and where they want to be. Anita holds a Master’s in Public Administration and is currently pursuing a PhD in Public Policy at the Johnson Shoyama Graduate School of Public Policy. Her academic journey underpins her expertise in governance, strategy, and workforce development, equipping her to bridge research, policy, and practice.
Beyond her professional roles, Anita’s journey is one of resilience and transformation. Orphaned at 18 and a survivor of child sexual abuse, she rebuilt her life and career after immigrating to Canada. She shares her story in her memoir, Reve-healed, inspiring others to overcome adversity and live with courage, faith, and fulfillment.

Kofoworola Odunjo
Coach, Mentor
As a committed public servant, Kofo Odunjo brings extensive experience in project management, leadership development, human resources, and equity, diversity, and inclusion from both the private and public sectors.
Originally from Nigeria, Kofo immigrated to Canada as an international student. She has since flourished in her HR career within the public sector. Her expertise spans strategic planning, action planning, and implementation, which is informed by a deep understanding of diverse perspectives and organizations.
She has a bachelor’s degree in public administration and a Master of Administration in Leadership. She is also an Associate Member of the Chartered Professionals in Human Resources (CPHR)
Outside of Kofo’s professional pursuits, she is an avid volunteer, dedicating her time to various roles such as interview coach, resume developer, career coach, and guide.
She is passionate about supporting others in their journey, drawing from her own experiences and insights. Additionally, Kofo is an author, having penned “Surviving to Settle,” a compelling fictional novel that delves into the immigrant experience with empathy and depth.

Omotayo Babajide, RN
Coach, Advisor
Omotayo is a dedicated registered nurse (RN), career coach, and academic advisor with a focus on nursing students, professionals, and those considering a career pivot into nursing.
Her journey is proof that transformation is possible: from retail, banking, and entrepreneurship as a baker, while raising two children under two, she successfully transitioned into nursing, becoming a role model for resilience and reinvention.
She holds a BSc in Human Physiology (University of Port Harcourt, Nigeria) and a BSc in Nursing (University of Regina, Canada), along with her CCRN (Critical Care Registered Nurse) designation from Saskatchewan Polytechnic. Omotayo has worked as a nurse across three Canadian provinces, gaining experience in family medicine, community nursing, endoscopy, and infusion therapy. She has also shared her expertise as an instructor in the Care Aide program at Saskatchewan Polytechnic.
Omotayo brings a rare blend of science, clinical practice, and teaching into her coaching. She empowers aspiring and current nurses to navigate their studies, build confidence, and accelerate their careers with clarity and purpose. Mercy Effiong

Mercy Effiong is an academic advisor with a passion for guiding students through the Canadian university admissions process and beyond. Her journey reflects determination and excellence: from securing a full tuition waiver for her master’s degree in e-Governance Technologies and Services at Tallinn University of Technology to receiving a prestigious scholarship from the Estonian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, she knows firsthand what it takes to stand out in competitive academic environments.
She is currently pursuing her PhD in Public Policy at the Johnson Shoyama Graduate School of Public Policy in Canada.
Mercy brings both academic expertise and practical insight into her work with students. With experience supporting students on campus, she offers an insider’s perspective on the strategies that truly drive success.
Her coaching focuses on the key elements Canadian universities prioritize: holistic applications, authentic storytelling, and readiness for supplemental requirements such as essays, interviews, and writing tasks. Tola Adefuye is a dynamic professional who blends technical expertise with a passion for financial empowerment. He holds a Master’s in Business Administration, Bachelor’s in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, and has built his career as an IT Network Infrastructure Specialist, with much of his experience rooted in the banking and finance industry.
Having worked with banks in both Nigeria and Canada- including a brief stint as a sales agent with one of Canada’s Big 5 banks- Tola understands the financial landscape from multiple angles.
Driven by his commitment to helping individuals, especially newcomers and young adults, achieve financial freedom, Tola pursued his independent financial license and now serves as an Independent Financial Advisor with Primerica.
He supports clients with strategies for budgeting, debt management, savings, investments, and long-term planning—meeting people where they are and guiding them toward financial confidence.
Beyond finance, Tola is an adventurer at heart. He is actively pursuing his childhood dream of flying planes and is a growing real estate investor, gradually building his portfolio while learning the ropes of the industry.
